At Cronjager, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
